Correlation of 1932 Topo Map with Beers Map of Waterford Village

Identification of buildings and features shown on the 1932 USGS topographical map with Beers 1875 map of Waterford Village.

  1. FYI: DVD of 1854 Vermont maps available at Green Mountain Books & Prints in Lyndonville, contact Kim Crady-Smith, bookshop owner,

  2. These are great maps of Upper Waterford! Thanks, Jamie. One small correction, the Union Congregational Church was located north of the intersection.

Anyone interested in a panoramic view of the village can stop by the Town Office in Lower Waterford. There is one hanging on the wall, plus 2 others in the vault.

There will be more about the photographer and Upper Waterford in the upcoming Town Report.
